तो मित्रो आपने पढ़ा कि अपनी हिमाचल यात्रा हमने नैना देवी, ज्वालाजी, कांगड़ा, पालमपुर बैजनाथ होते हुए रिवालसर में समाप्त की। अब समय आ गया था इस खूबसूरत जगह को छोड़ने का व अपनी वापसी यात्रा शुरु करने का. ऩाश्ता करने के बाद हमने होटल का बिल चुकाया और एक बार फिर रिवालसर के नयनाभिराम दृष्यों को जी भर कर देखा…. और अपनी वापसी य़ात्रा शुरु की.

The hot summers (+15 Deg C) had gone and slowly the winters were setting in. I was waiting anxiously for the goddess of snow to decorate Iceland, like a new bride. The Sun was becoming paler and had lesser shining times, coming out leisurely and running away hurriedly.

We passed the first town enroute – Ganderbal, within an hour. It was after Ganderbal that the real beauty of the drive commenced. After Ganderbal, the snow-capped Himalayas greeted us bang on. Every turn gave us panoramic new scenes, which always seemed to better than the previous one. Complimented by the untouched beauty of the Sindh River, the landscape was picture perfect.

पिछली कड़ी में मैं आपसे जिक्र कर रहा था की किस तरह से मुसीबतों को पार करते हुए अंततः हम लोग रहाला फाल पहुंच ही गए, और फिर सिलसिला शुरू हुआ बर्फ में खेलने का, बर्फ में फिसलने का. उम्रदराज प्रौढ़ दम्पतियों को बच्चों की तरह बर्फ से खेलते हुए देखने में जो मज़ा आ रहा था उसका वर्णन करना मुश्किल है. लगभग सभी लोग बच्चे बने हुए थे, हर कोई इन यादगार पलों को जी लेना चाहता था. हम सब भी अपनी ही मस्ती में खोए हुए थे, किसी को किसी का होश नहीं था. बच्चे अपने तरीके से बर्फ से खेल रहे थे और बड़े अपने तरीके से, मकसद सबका एक था….आनंद आनंद और आनंद.
