26th Jan ’11 was a holiday. So as expected me along with my 2 cousins made a plan for a quick visit to Mussoorie. This time we avoided driving and went to Dehradun by the Jan Shatabdi Train on 25th afternoon. That day we reached Doon at night and stayed there at my cousins place. The next morning on 26th we went to Mussoorie on his car. We started at 2pm from Doon and we were back by 6pm. So in short it was just 4 hours at Mussoorie. In these 4 hours my only work was doing the photosession. On 27th we again boarded the Jan Shatabdi from Doon early morning and we were back in Delhi at the afternoon.

I still do not like that watermark, right in the centre :-) but I know that you have put it for a reason.
How many times have you been to the queen of hills ?
@Nandan,
Even we hate to put watermarks but then you know the reason. :-)
I try to put it in such a manner that it minimizes the damage to the picture.. many times I reduce the opacity too.
Mr. Nandan , I have been to Mussoorie 6 times till now.
Sahil
Nice photo story.
The weather doesn’t look very cold considering it was in January.
The winding roads are quite inviting despite my tendency to throw up. :-)
@ Nisha Absolutely correct. We definately hate to put these watermarks.
The weather that day was hot and sunny. But just a week before my trip it had snowed there and even after my trip, in feb it snowed there.
Sahil
that was beautiful.
howver i feel that the ” RAJ” look of mussorie is missing in this.
If one takes a walk on mall road there are enough architectural marvels reminding one of british raj,
This not to beliitle this beautiful photoshoot but just to say that it would have been sonepe suhaga had british raj look could have been captured.
@ Mr. Kulkarni…..Thanks a lot for your appreciation.

Enjoyed the photographs, although most of them were distracted by the large @sahil marks which robbed the beauty of the scene. Thanks for sharing.
@ Mr. Jerry Jaleel….Thanks a lot for your appreciation.
