निधिवन, यमुना घाट और अन्य मंदिरों के दर्शन के बाद हमने अपने होटल से प्रस्थान किया और चल दिए वापस फरीदाबाद की ओर ! इस बार वृन्दावन आने का आनंद ही कुछ ओर रहा ! हम दिल्ली के आस पास के लोग एक ही दिन में वृन्दावन आना जाना कर लेते हैं, पर मैं समझता हूँ की एक दो रात यहाँ रुके तो बात कुछ ओर ही हो !

Despite the grandeur of ISKON Temple, the Banke Bihari Temple, built in 1864 is still the most revered and vibrant shrine in Vrindavan. The temple was originally established by Swami Haridas, a great Krishna devotee, known for his soulful devotional bhajans (was also the guru of the famous musician Tansen). He discovered the sacred deity of Banke Bihari (also popularly known as Thakur ji) at Nidhivana, where Banke Bihari was originally worshipped.
The deity was moved to Vrindavan on completion of the temple in 1864. The most interesting thing about this temple is that, unlike most of the other temples, the curtain is not left open. The curtain is put shut every few seconds and drawn back with a great chanting of Thakur ji. This is probably done with a view to shroud the icon for a moment. It is believed that the brilliance of eyes of Thakur ji can make a person unconscious, if seen for too long a stretch. Another notable feature is that the lotus feet of the deity can be seen only once a year, on Akshaya Tritiya, which falls sometimes in April / May.
It was my 43rd holi. You must have guessed my age. But here I am not talking about my age. Here I am going to talk about Holi which I celebrated first time at Vrindavan with my beloved friends and their families and it was a lifetime experience. My childhood friends usually visit somewhere in India at least once a year with family. Which increase our bonding in between family and our child.

पागल बाबा मंदिर दर्शन के बाद अब हम पहुंचे श्री कृष्ण प्रणाम परम धाम मंदिर में। यह भी बहुत सुन्दर मंदिर था तथा यहाँ पर सशुल्क यन्त्र चालित झांकियां भी थीं, हमने भी झांकियां देखीं, कृष्ण भगवान के जीवन पर आधारित ये झांकियां बड़ी ही मनमोहक थी, बच्चों को तो यह शो इतना पसंद आया की वे मंदिर से बाहर निकलने को राजी ही नहीं हो रहे थे। अब हम फिर अपने वाहन में सवार हो गए थे, ये दोनों मंदिर तो मथुरा के ही बाहरी इलाके में थे अतः मैं सोच रहा था की अब शायद मथुरा की सीमा समाप्त होगी और फिर कुछ देर के बाद वृन्दावन शुरु होगा, लेकिन मेरा सोचना गलत साबित हुआ, अभी मथुरा समाप्त ही नहीं हुआ था और ड्राईवर ने कहा की वृन्दावन आ गया। मुझे बड़ा आश्चर्य हो रहा था की ऐसे कैसे वृन्दावन आ गया।

After Jageshwar we went to the most interesting place of our trip. It was Golu Devta Mandir. Golu devta is considered as the lord of justice. IF you have done something wrong and you want to confess or someone has cheated you and you need justice you just need to write it on a piece of paper and tie it with a bell on the ceiling of the temple once you prayers are heard then you need to visit the temple again to remove the bell and paper. You can find lakhs of applications on the ceiling of the temple most of the letter are proper disputes of court matter and the application is on a stamp paper. Most people confuse Golu Devta with Chaitai Golu Devta. Golu Devta is uncle of Chaitai Golu and it is said that legacy of Golu Devta was carried forward by Chaiti Golu devta and both the temples are different but second temple is not visited by most of the people.
Read Moreदाँई ओर छटीकरा मुड़ते ही कुछ फासले पर ही, दाँई तरफ क्रुद्ध शेर पर सौम्य देवी माँ की विशाल मूर्ति का दर्शन होता है, पास ही हाथ जोड़े ध्यानमग्न हनुमानजी बैठे हैं। यह माँ वैष्णोदेवी का नवनिर्मित विशाल मन्दिर हैं। मन्दिर की तरफ कुछ हटकर हलकी सी छाँह में गाड़ी पार्क की। चार बजे गेट खुलने में दसेक मिनट की देर थी और भीड़ खड़ी थी। बोर्ड पर जूतों को जमा करने के विषय में पढ हमने जूतों को कार में खोल दिया। गेट खुलने पर संगीता व खुशी महिला द्वार से अन्दर चले गये। पुरुष लाईन चेकिंग में बेल्ट पर ऐतराज होने से मैने उसे खोल दिया परंतु पर्स पर भी ऐतराज पाने पर मैं बेल्ट बाँधते हुये लौट पड़ा कि दर्शन तो हो ही गये हैं, वृन्दावन भी जाना है, संगीता के लौटते ही रवाना हो जायेंगें, विचार करते हुये ऑफिस-काउण्टरों के सामने खड़ा हो गया जहां दर्शनार्थियों के लिये कम्प्युटराइज्ड स्लिपें जारी की जा रही थीं। इनके आधार पर ही सामने स्थित लॉकरों पर सामान जमा किया जाता है। खाली काउंण्टर देख मैने अपने नाम से स्लिप ले ली। लॉकर काउण्टर पर सुझाव मिला कि मैं पर्स सामग्री को जेब में रख पर्स व बेल्ट जमा करवा दूँ। अनदेखी आज्ञावश जमा करने का कार्य किया। अन्दर हरियाली में कुछ उपर जाने पर सामने नीचे चौक में उतरने के लिये सीढियाँ थीं जहां एक तरफ गंगाजी की मूर्ति जिसके दोनों तरफ मगरमच्छों के मुँह से पानी की धार तथा दूसरी तरफ यमुनाजी जिनके दोनों तरफ कछुओं के मुँह से पानी की धार बह रही थी, वहाँ खुशी मेरा इंतजार कर रही थी और मुझे देखते ही खुशी से चिल्लाई कि नानू देखो… उसकी खुशी व उत्साह का कोई पारावार न था। बच्चों के लिये यह मन्दिर प्रांगण वास्तव में बहुत ही खुशी देनेवाला व उत्साहवर्धक है।
